Duke On Wujciak's List

Duke is in the top tier for this New Jersey three star prospect

Linebacker/tight end Alex Wujciak (6-3, 235, 4.7) from West Orange, N.J., claims offers from Louisville, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Duke, Maryland, Nebraska, Rutgers and Syracuse. "Those are the ones that stick out most to me right now," said Wujciak, of Seton Hall Prep. "I don't like any one more than the others."

He traveled to Maryland on an official visit on Sept. 16. He also attended a Rutgers versus Pittsburgh game unofficially. No further official visit dates have been set.

"All of the schools I named are looking at me as a linebacker," he said.

"I'm looking for a place that has the whole college town atmosphere. I'd like to be at a school where there are a lot of students out at the games.

"Nebraska is on my list because Coach (Kevin) Cosgrove (defensive coordinator/linebackers) came out to visit me, and he's a cool guy. They've been having a good season."

Wujciak reports 80 tackles, four sacks, and three forced fumbles in six games. On offense, he has 150 yards in receptions and two touchdowns. Seton Hall Prep (4-2) hosts East Orange on Oct. 22.
