NCCU heads across town to Cameron Indoor Stadium to face the nation's top ranked team on Thursday night. After losing 80 percent of their starting lineup in the offseason, the Eagles are hoping for a good showing against the Blue Devils. Meanwhile Duke looks to continue to sharpen up before the regular season kicks off next week.

*- Head coach Henry Dickerson is in his second full season at NCCU. He has a career mark of 88-85 over a six year period.

*- Last season Duke rolled to a 95-58 victory over the Eagles in Cameron behind a 25 point, 12 rebound, and 6 block performance from Shelden Williams. A conventional three-point play by Reggie Love pushed Duke's lead to 44 points, the largest of the night, at 93-49 with 2:05 left in the game. J.J. Redick finished the night with 17 points while Daniel Ewing chipped in 16 points, six assists and three steals. For N.C. Central, Mintrel Abney and Jonathan Moore led the way with 13 points each.
