Duke may well have interest in Shaun Livingston, an unusually talented 6-6 point guard prospect from Peoria, IL. He sparkled in this weekends Tournament of Champion event. His numbers from previous victory are listed in a prior article, but he again showed why he is quickly making a name for himself. In Fort Sooy No Limits victory Saturday at the Dean Dome he tallied 19 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists. The most impressive stat in my eyes was his three steals. His long arms enable him to play the passing lanes. He also showed the ability to throw some bullet passes inside and has a great handle. I hope to chat with the young Livingston in the near future, shopuld Duke show interest.

He was clearly the most talented player on a solid team that features Ray Williams III, Brian Randle and Richard McBride. One well noted recruting guru said "He is sensational". He further stated "He has an unusual build that makes him difficult to defend." The only thing he will need to do is get stronger. Livingston can be viewed on the Duke Basketball Reports front page. Take a look at his reach!
