Georgia TE Continues To Gain Offers

Bailey Woods continues to see the offers roll in as he completes his junior year

Bailey Woods is one of the hottest prospects in the state of Georgia and he continues to collect offers as we move into the month of March. He recently picked up 2 more pledges including one from a big time SEC program.

"I just got an offer from Marshall and I also just got an offer from Auburn this afternoon (Monday)," Bailey Woods said.

He was surprised to learn of the two new offers.

"Well they were both unexpected. I had talked to Coach Nichols of Marshall and he told me a week in advance that he was going to try and get me a get scholarship but I hadn't talked to them very long before that. I've gotten some letters from Auburn but I had never really talked to them. My dad only talked to Coach Muschamp a few times before they offered."

Woods may visit the Auburn campus this weekend.

"My coach informed me of the offer. I called Coach Muschamp but I think they're in the middle of spring practice. I'm invited to their junior day this weekend but I have a track meet so I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend."

As of now the Walton star remains wide open.

"Mostly I like the schools that have offered me and that's Duke, North Carolina, Auburn, Mississippi State and Georgia Tech. Besides those I like Virginia, Vanderbilt, Georgia and Clemson."

Bailey attended the Kennedy/CES combine back in January and he will be in attendance at the Scout.com Combine in Atlanta coming up in April.
