White Picks Up Second Offer; Visits Duke

Two-star wide receiver Nihja White is off to a blistering start so far this year, helping his team to a stellar 6-1 record on the season. He recently picked up his second written offer from William & Mary and visited three different schools over the past month, two of which were for actual games.

Nihja White has started off the first seven games of his senior year catching 30 passes for 700 yards and 14 touchdowns, scoring roughly 50-percent of the time that he gets his hands on the ball for Conestoga High School. The 6-foot-1, 193-pound wide receiver from Berwyn, Pa., recently visited Penn State and Duke for games and made a stop by North Carolina as well to see what the Heels had to offer.

"I was at Penn State for the Iowa game and was glad they won the game since they had lost the two going into that one," White explained. "The atmosphere there was absolutely crazy and the crowed was nuts every time they scored, but were booing Anthony Morelli non-stop during the game and chanting for Pat Devlin to come in. That may bother some recruits, but I am used to Eagles fans being like that too, so I think it is just that they are very passionate about their football at Penn State."

"I went down to Duke and actually hung out with the players until about four in the morning with my cousin and we had a great time," White said. "All of the guys were really cool and even though they lost by a large margin I really enjoyed the visit."

White has some other schools on his plate right now and took some time to update us on them as well.

"After I was at Duke I stopped by North Carolina and really liked it there too, so I am hoping to hear from them," White stated. "I have been talking to Pittsburgh every week lately and also hear from Boston College and Northwestern a lot. Everyone just wants to see my senior film, so I am hoping to really boost my stats some more in our final three games. I was disappointed that I only had one touchdown catch in our loss to Ridley, but I made up for it the next week with three I guess."
