Richardson Sets Duke Visit

Linden High School ended it's season this past Friday night with a loss to undefeated Maplesville in the quarterfinals of the 1A Alabama State playoffs. Talented safety Seandre Richardson's high school career ended when the clock hit tripe zeros. Sean is not ready to begin the decision making process in earnest.

"I got an offer from Clemson about a month ago," said Richardson. "They are recruiting me just like the other schools. All of them are recruiting me about same. There are a few of them calling. They are doing just as much as the other schools are." Clemson joins Duke, Mississippi State, Troy and Vanderbilt as schools that have offered.

A trio of interested parties have already made plans to get the talented safety on their campus for an official visit.

"I am supposed to take visits to Duke, Clemson and Vanderbilt," said Sean. "I am going to Duke the first weekend of December. Vanderbilt wants me to come up there November the 30th. I am going to Clemson on January 11th."

Richardson would like to take in the sights of each school he is considering, but all of those plans have not been finalized. "I am still hearing from Troy and Mississippi State, but they have not said anything about a visit yet," said Richardson. "A coach from Troy and one from Alabama are supposed to come see me this week."

Sean considers himself wide open at this point in his recruitment and he would like to take all of his official visits before making a commitment.
