Kevin Revis, 6-4, 261-pound, offensive lineman of Evansville-Rhea County, (Tenn.), picked up his first offer today. Revis has had a lot of attention this spring ranging from teams from the SEC, ACC, and even the PAC 10.

Kevin Revis reported, "I got an offer from Duke. I know it's a great academic school, and I know about coach Cutcliffe because he coached at Tennessee. I haven't had a chance to visit Duke, but I'm going to try to."

Revis is having plenty of visitors this spring, but as far as Duke visiting he said, "No sir they have not, but their coach is coming by soon."

Revis explained of his offer, "I sent them a video about two or three months ago, and we hadn't heard anything back. So my coaches decided to give them a call. They talked to coach Cutcliffe, and he said he would look at it. Then they called back and said they might offer, and they did."

The amount of schools showing Revis attention is impressive.

"Schools in the mix are Vanderbilt, Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Indiana and Louisville," he said. "I have been hearing from UCLA lately."

Revis reported of where each school stands, "Really all of the schools I mentioned are pretty close to being equal."
