Plumlee & Kelly Advance At Glaxo

On the second day at the GlaxoSmithKline Holiday Invitational both Ryan Kelly and Mason Plumlee were in action for their respective schools - both put up great performances again.

After posting 21 points on 7-of-9 shooting in the opening round, Ryan Kelly went off for 30 points against Panther Creek in the night cap of the second day helping Ravenscroft move into the championship round of the event for the first time in school history.

Similarly, fellow commit and Christ School standout Mason Plumlee also helped his team move into the next round in front of both Duke assistants - Chris Collins and Steve Wojciechowski. In a game that was over by the half, Plumlee set the tone with 18 points and seven rebounds.

The victory moves Plumlee and his team into the semifinal round on Monday night against Kinston and North Carolina commit from the class of 2010, Reggie Bullock.
