The Northeast Conference week four football schedule opened Friday night with Wagner traveling to Poughkeepsie, N.Y. for a game against Duquesne's former Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Football League foe Marist. A last-minute touchdown Gave the Seahawks a 21-14 victory.
Wagner's Rodney Davis

transfer, scored on a seven-yard run with six seconds left in the game for the 21-14 come-from-behind win at Marist.
Iowa transfer Adam Farnsworth was 25-of-35 for 207 yards and two touchdowns. Shane Smith ran for 131 yards on 30 carries. Kyle Trueblood caught nine passes for 79 yards for 2-1 Wagner.
Marist (1-3) got on the board first w10 minutes into the first quarter on a one-yard run by Obozua Ehikioya. Following an interception, Farnsworth hit Lon Woods in the end zone for an 18-yard score, tying the game at 7-7.
The Red Foxes regained the lead, 14-7, with 10:35 left in the second quarter on another one-yard plunge by Ehikoya. Tyrone Collins 10-yard TD reception tied the game midway through the third period. (Collins is the nephew of former New England Patriots' star running back Tony Collins.)
Marist quarterback Chris Debowski rushed for a team-leading 83 yards on nine carries and was 7-of-17 passes for 104 yards. Ehikioya ran for 48 yards on 15 carries. James LaMacchia had five catches for 67 yards.
