Eryn Withers led IUP with nine points and Hilary Shope recorded a game-best six rebounds.
The first half started out slow, with the Crimson Hawks leading 8-4 at the game's first media timeout. Back-to-back hoops from Kelly Britcher and Gensler would tie the contest and begin an 18-10 run for the Dukes who would not trail the rest of the game.
A jumper from Floyd midway through the second half gave DU a 52-31 advantage. IUP would get no closer than 20 points the rest of game as the Dukes forced 28 Crimson Hawks turnovers.
DU closes out its exhibition schedule on Friday night when they host West Liberty State at 7:00 p.m.
