At 6-1, 180-pounds, Green had 59 tackles, four interceptions, two pass breakups and two fumble recoveries last year for Rickards High School in Tallahassee, FL.
"Arkansas was the first school to offer me, and Purdue offered not long after that," said Green. "South Florida just gave me an offer just recently. I haven't got one from some of the other schools that I'm looking at, but that might change soon."
The other schools Green is looking at includes East Carolina, Florida, LSU and Auburn.
"I went to the LSU camp about a month ago and they told me they were interested. Next month I think I'm going to be camping at Florida. Other than that, I'm not sure right now. It's basically the same schools talking to me now that have been recruiting me all along. East Carolina is still right up there in my mind. I might try to get up there at some point, but they haven't offered yet."
When asked what qualities he could bring to a team at the next level, Green mentioned his athleticism but spent more time talking about intangibles he feels that he possesses.
"Definitely my speed will help me out a lot. But I think my love of playing football is probably the biggest thing. I can bring that positive attitude that you need to win, and my work ethic is real good. I'll do a good job of pumping up the team and keeping everything running smoothly."
