"I have a pretty good interest in Iowa," Gourdine said. "They're a good school and a good program."

"I probably want to take a couple of official visits so I know that I like the school and the coaches because that's what got me at Cincinnati," he said. "I just really want to make sure that I fall in love with the school that I go to."
"The schools that I've talked to are Iowa and Bowling Green," Gourdine said. "Right now, it's those two and Cincinnati so far."
Wilson talked with Gourdine about coming to Iowa on a visit. Nothing was set up yet.
"He said he would like to get me out there eventually because they would really like another defensive back," Gourdine said. "I really like Coach Wilson. He's a good coach and a nice guy."
Gourdine said he is not sure when he'll make a final decision.
"I'm just kind of letting it roll," he said. "I want to get it done early, just hurry up and make a decision, but I'm not going to rush it."
