"I've been invited to go to the Elite 11 combine and the Nike combine so far. I might play in the badgers 7 on 7, but I'm still not sure on that," Windham quoted. "I'm working on my timing with my receivers and becoming crisper with my footwork during the off-season. I'm always trying to build more speed and quickness, along with spending time in the weight room."
Windham finished his junior year with some impressive stats, but he's already looking to improve his touchdown to interception ratio.
"I finished the season with 1,468 passing yards with 17 touchdowns, and 277 rushing yards with six touchdowns. I had seven picks on the season, and I'm going to lower that this season," he said.
Greg grew up following the Seminoles, and is hoping for an offer sometime this summer.
"I have a lot of interest in Florida State; they've been a favorite of mine for awhile now. I will be up there this summer and plan on meeting with the coaches while I'm there. I haven't been up there before, but I'm excited to see what its like," he stated. "FSU has a great program and a couple of my buddies that go there have been telling me about it too. I'm impressed with the programs recruiting recently as well."
Even with Florida State being close to his hear, Windham isn't solely interested in going to Tallahassee.
During the off-season he's balancing workouts with focusing on keeping his grades in order. He's also registered for the ACT this spring.
"I take the ACT in April and I have a 2.6 GPA currently," Windham discussed.
He's still waiting for the offers to come in, but once they do will still be slow to make any commitment.
"As far as committing goes I don't know yet, I will have to sit down and talk about that with my parents. It's a big decision and I want to make the right one and not look back," he finished.
