Even though this is a relatively early decision for Dillon Lee, he has been recruited a long time as he hit the radar early at Buford. His brother, Dallas Lee, went through the process a few years ago and ended up at Georgia.
Word was that UGA was never going to be a factor here and they did not offer until late. They do not appear to be a factor today. UF was another school that he visited and at one point seemed to have interest in. The Gator's do not appear to be in this thing either.
Alabama was the early leader and they are definitely in the top two. Lee has made quite a few visits to Tuscaloosa and at one point he seemed likely to end up playing for the Crimson Tide.
Things changed over the last several months as FSU started gaining steam for the talented athlete. FSU had closed the gap considerably even before the addition of Markuss Eligwe, which has only helped matters.
We think that Lee will choose to play in garnet and gold for college.
