Larry Brihm is a talented quarterback prospect from Village Academy High and Scout caught up with him to discuss the latest.

Larry Brihm led his team to the state playoffs last week but unfortunately, their season is now over after a first round loss. Brihm talked about it.

"Our regular season was pretty good," Brihm said. "We had some tough games on our schedule to get ready for districts, but we think it prepared us. I had about 2,000 passing yards, 21 touchdowns, and six interceptions."

Brihm, 6-feet and 205 pounds, is being recruited by several schools now and he talked about that.

"Alabama State, Bethune Cookman, Houston Baptist University, and USF are some of the schools talking to me now."

Brihm has already taken one visit and came away impressed.

"I visited Bethune, I went to a game and I liked it there. The crowd was really hyped and I liked the coaches a lot. My running back came with me, they like him too."

One school Brihm says he's hoping offers is USF.

"USF is one of my favorites right now, I'm waiting for them to offer."

The talented quarterback prospect talked about what he'll be looking for in choosing a school.

"I'm just looking for best offer and what will be the best place for me to be at for four years."
