Bjoern Werner was already a consensus All-American. Now he can call himself a unanimous one as well.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Bjoern Werner already was a consensus All-American. Now he can call himself a unanimous one as well.

The Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) released its annual All-America team Friday and Florida State's star defensive end is one of the 26 student-athletes recognized.

With the honor, Werner is now considered by the NCAA a unanimous selection for the 2012 season as he has already been featured on All-American lists by the Walter Camp Football Foundation, the Associated Press, the AFCA and Sporting News.

A player is a unanimous All-American if he is placed on all five of those teams and is a consensus pick if he is on at least three.
