Florida State senior wide receiver was arrested and booked in Leon County jail Sunday night on charges of sexual assault.
According to the booking information, Dent was arrested for a violation of Florida Statute 794.011-5, a second-degree felony. The detail also says there was no violence or physical force used to cause injury to the victim.
According to his attorney Tim Jansen, Dent will have his first court appearance Monday morning where his bond will be set.
Dent was arrested by the Tallahassee Police Department.
The Belle Glade native had the best spring camp of his career and was expected to be a key piece of the 2013 Seminoles offense.
