The 2016 standout says that Clemson, Florida and Florida State are the teams standing out to him.
Gavin says that he grew up a fan of Florida State and he had great things to say about the University.
"From the school to the team honestly I like everything about them," Gavin said. While Gavin wasn't able to make it to the Florida State-Nevada game he says that he will definitely be coming to Tallahassee for the Florida State-Miami game and will try to make other Seminole home games. Gavin also detailed what he was looking for in his school of choice.
"Somewhere that reminds me of home," Gavin said. "Good facilities and a high football spirit."
Gavin also said that distance will not be a factor in his college decision.
"[My family] would rather me stay close to home but they wouldn't mind if I was to leave," Gavin said.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound wide receiver is already one of the most highly regarded prospects in the state of Florida for any class and in the nation for the 2016 class. Through three games in the 2013 season Gavin has 10 catches for 160 yards and two touchdowns. Wakulla plays Perry (Fla.) Taylor County Friday Sep. 20.
