He holds offers from over 15 schools including Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, LSU, and South Carolina. Alabama, Auburn and Florida State have pulled in front of the rest to make up his top three. Johnson has already visited Auburn for the Washington State game and Alabama for the Ole Miss game this football season and he plans to attend the Miami-Florida State game on November 2nd.
Johnson grew up a fan of the Seminoles, but that is not the only thing Florida State has going for them.
"I like the way the program is run," Johnson said. "They are getting back to being a powerhouse and have a great staff."
Johnson also has a good idea of what he is looking for in his future school, "The environment and how I fit into their system," said Johnson.
The 6-foot, 193-pound running back is the third rated running back in the 2015 Scout 300 and the 34 rated prospect overall. Johnson plans on playing in the 2015 Under Armour All-American game. He does not plan on making a decision until sometime after his junior season.
