T. McFadden talks Florida State

Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage 2015 four-star cornerback Tavarus McFadden's offer list continues to grow. He currently has offers from 15 schools including Clemson, Florida State, LSU, Notre Dame, Penn State, and South Carolina.

McFadden has not named a top-five yet, but says that Florida, Florida State, LSU, Clemson, South Carolina and Notre Dame are recruiting him the hardest. McFadden says his family wants him to stay somewhat close to home.

McFadden hasn't visited Florida State yet, but he plans to take a visit there soon. He had a lot of good things to say about the Seminoles.

"I like the atmosphere," McFadden said. "Good defenses and offenses, players are good all around. I heard they are a good academic school, and it's kind of close to home."

McFadden knows what he is looking for in his future school.

"I'm looking for academics, a National Title caliber team, atmosphere, coaches and team players."

The 6-foot-3, 195-pound McFadden is the No. 16 rated corner and the No. 146 overall recruit in the 2015 Scout 300. McFadden has 13 tackles, two pass break ups, and a fumble recovery through six games.
