11/18 Practice Report: Noles are Healthy

Florida State continues preparation for Boston College.

Florida State was in pads today and the Noles were healthier than they have been all season. The only contributor that was sitting out was Lorenzo Featherston. Roberto Aguayo returned to practice and was participating. Adam Torres continues to sit out with an injury.

Today was ball protection day for the offense. The running backs and receivers spent multiple drills on protecting the football. The linebackers were doing the opposite and working on stripping the football.

Karlos Williams returned to the first team kick off unit with Kermit Whitfield. Travis Rudolph and Bobo Wilson were on the second team. This is following Wilson’s lost fumble against Miami.

The quarterbacks were working on throwing on the run during drills. On the passes that I was able to see, J.J. Cosentino did an excellent job of ball placement while throwing to Mavin Saunders.

Former Florida State cornerback Martin Mayhew was in attendance today. He is currently the Executive Vice President or Fottball Operations and General Manager of the Detroit Lions. Scouts from the Falcons and the Bears were also in attendance.

Jimbo Fisher will be speaking after practice.
