Zaquandre White Commits To FSU

2017 running back Zaquandre White commits to Florida State.

Florida State picked up their third commitment of the day from 2017 running back Zaquandre White. White has offers from Miami, Tennessee, Louisville, and South Florida in addition to Florida State. White committed while on his visit during Florida State’s junior day.

White had one reason above the rest for why he committed to the Seminoles.

“Just the atmosphere around everybody,” White said. “It’s a family and it felt real good.”

White said he didn’t plan to commit on the visit.

“I didn’t plan to commit,” White said. “I was just relaxing.”

White received his Florida State offer two weeks ago when he spoke with coach Graham. When asked about what he liked about Florida State’s running backs White had a very quick response.

“They’re good,” White said. “They’re real good.”

White didn’t grow up a fan of the Seminoles, but said that someone very close to him did.

“They’re my brother’s favorite team,” White said. “I’m going there for him.”

The North Fort Myers prospect weighed in a 6-foot-1 and 206-pounds.
