Defensive back Terrell Buckley comes in at No. 14 as we continue our countdown of the Top-75 players in Florida State history. Buckley was a contributor in his true freshman season as a punt returner and cornerback. Head coach Bobby Bowden nicknamed him the "Foola from Pascagoula" after he faked calling a fair catch and returned a punt for 69 yards against Syracuse in 1990. Buckley is the school leader for interceptions in a season with 12 and interceptions in a career with 21. He was named a consensus All-American after his 12 interception season in 1991.
He finished his career with 103 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, and 21 interceptions. He was inducted into the Florida State Hall of Fame in 2003.
Buckley was drafted with the No. 5 overall pick by the Green Bay Packers. He played 14 years in the NFL for 6 different teams.
