The NoleDigest staff gives their Top-10 after week 4 of the college football season.

Rank Power Ranking: Wayne Rationale
1 Ohio State Haven't looked great so far, but winning is winning. Can't penalize them when i had FSU No. 1 all last season. Still the most talented team in the country.
2 Georgia It's really not fair for one team to stockpile that much talent at the running back position. Chubb, Marshall, Michel. That's just not fair. Jeremy Pruitt also has the UGA defense looking much improved this season. Georgia has to play Alabama next weekend and we will find out just what the Dawgs are made of.
3 UCLA The Bruins absolutely took it to the Arizona Wildcats on Saturday. They went on the road and won by 33 against a Top-20 opponent. Josh Rosen looked like he did against Virginia, and the defense looked very good. When this team is clicking they're easily one of the top teams in the country.
4 Ole Miss Not surprising that they had a let down game after an emotional win over Alabama with a trip to Gainesville on the horizon. Their win at Alabama is still the best win by any team in college football.
5 Utah The Utes absolutely spanked the Oregon Ducks in Oregon and are 4-0 now. Their win at Michigan is looking much better after their win over BYU on Saturday. The Utah defense is for real and they'll be fighting UCLA for the Pac-12 south crown.
6 Michigan State Passed their big test in the early season by beating Oregon at home. We will see just what they're made of when they go up against Ohio State later in the season.
7 Baylor We haven't really seen what the Bears are made of yet, and won't for a few more weeks. Their week non-confrence schedule makes them a bit of a wild card, but the Big 12 doesn't look particularly strong right now.
8 LSU The Leonard Fournette show is underway and that might be all they need to win the SEC west the the amount of talent they have on the defensive side of the football.
9 Notre Dame The Irish are made of glass everywhere but their jaw. Injuries are piling up, but they just keep on winning. Their defense is the real deal and will keep them in every game this season. Clemson will be a big test for the Notre Dame offense with all the injuries.
10 Florida State The Florida State defense looks very good through the first three games and will keep the Noles in every game they play. Having one of the best running backs in the country in Dalvin Cook will really help the offense. Whether or not the Noles stay here will depend on if Everett Golson and the FSU offensive line can improve each week.
Rank Power Ranking: Jason Rationale
1 Ohio State Looking an awful lot like the 2014 Florida State team so far. But it's really tough to stay on top, and until they give me good reason to drop them, they'll stay here.
2 Georgia So far have been able to run and play defense. We'll find out what the Dawgs are really made of when Bama visits this week.
3 UCLA Survived a bad game from the true freshman QB and came back to blast a decent Arizona team on the road the next week. Three solid wins so far.
4 Ole Miss @Bama is the best win anyone has so far, but they didn't look like the better team on that field to me for most of that game, which was decided by a lot of bounces that suggest that 2013 Auburn's contract with the Devil has been transferred to Oxford, MS. Showed more limitations against Vandy. I still think this is a 2-loss team.
5 Texas A&M Taken to OT by a desperate Arky team that matched up well with them. I still think this team is going to contend in the SEC West.
6 Utah Dominant win in Autzen Stadium is as impressive as anyone has looked all season, and their home win over Michigan looks better now than it once did.
7 Alabama Yes, they have a home loss at this point, but this is a power poll and not a "most deserving" poll, and I still think they're better on an average day than the teams below them.
8 Florida State The Seminole defense has made strides but still hasn't played an offense with a pulse. Two more weeks until they finally face a team that can throw the football, and what looks like the best Miami team in years will pose a stiff test. Will it be enough time for the FSU offense to turn the corner?
9 LSU Still a long way to go at QB, but tons of talent on the field and very physical. Oh, and their running back is pretty good.
10 Clemson Has been much better on defense than I expected so far this year but has not met expectations on offense. I expect them to make a statement against ND this week.
11 Michigan State Still not impressed by Connor Cook, but they continue to score points and have an excellent defensive line. Don't be surprised if they finish third in their division.
12 Baylor Still think their defense is too vulnerable to rank them in the top 10.
