Florida State's Ryan Green has made the move back to running back from defensive back after just one year. Green redshirted all of last season, and with Mario Pender's status up in the air, Green could have the opportunity for playing time.
"That's where he played today," Fisher said. "He looked good. He looked really good."
Fisher wants the best players on the field, and believes Green has the ability to do that at running back.
"Just trying to get the best people around on the field," Fisher said.
Green initially played running back for the Seminoles, and Fisher likes what he can do at the position.
"He's as explosive and fast as anybody on this team," Fisher said. "I mean he's athletic. He's very strong. He unfortunately had to redshirt last year, but just seeing what he's doing. His body has bulked up to 205-206 pounds. He looks really good, and he has great hands.
Fisher said Green was happy with the decision to move back to offense.
