South Florida LB/DE Is Ready To Rock

One of the premier players in South Florida this year is four-star linebacker Javier Estopinan. He is a 6-foot-3 and 235 pound linebacker that is drawing interest from some of the top programs in college football. He will get the chance to showcase his talents this upcoming Saturday against one of Florida top teams this year in Carol City.

When the Insiders recently met with Estopinan, he talked about what he would like to accomplish in the next few weeks before the season starts.

"I am just trying to get back into football shape, it's different when you put on the pads and start hitting people," he said "It's exciting to just get back out on the field and play again."

Once the scrimmage is done with Estopinan is looking to take a visit to one of his top schools.

"Before the season starts I would like to take a visit up to FSU with my father and see what it's like there," he said.

So what schools lead for his services at this time?

"I like FSU, NC State and Ohio State the most right now," he said "Florida is also up there but the other three stands above everyone else."

What does Estopinan like most about the Florida State Seminoles?

"I like Coach Steele," the South Floridian said. "He is recruited me at linebacker and defensive end. He is a great coach and his defense fits the style of play that suits me real well."

When it comes to a timetable to make a decision, Javier will most likely wait till December. Estopinan will take all of his visits and which ever school he feels most comfortable at is the one he will sign his letter of intent.
