Clemson Head Coach Dabo Swinney Tries To Get Dalvin Cook And Demarcus Walker To Take A Week Off

Dabo Swinney has a plan to make sure that Dalvin Cook and Demarcus Walker don't make an impact during the FSU-Clemson game.

Florida State running back Dalvin Cook is one of the top returning players in college football this season. He ran for 1,691 yards on 229 carries with 16 rushing touchdowns last season. This season he's looking to become just the second running back in Florida State history to run for 1,000 yards in three consecutive seasons. Defensive end Demarcus Walker is also one of the top returning defensive ends in college football. Walker led the Seminoles with 15.5 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks to go along with 58 tackles, 5 pass breakups and 4 forced fumbles as a junior in 2015.

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney knows how good Cook is after he racked up 194 yards on 21 carries against the Tigers last season. This year he has a plan to make sure both aren't even in the stadium during the game.

I don't think it's going to work, and Coach Swinney will have to prepare for both of them the same as everyone else does.
