Orlando Safety Visits Noles

Kenny Ingram, TheInsiders.com No.4 rated safety in country, just got home from his unofficial visit to Florida State. His first visit to Florida State for the Miami game wasn't a good one due to horrible weather conditions. Did this visit fare any better for the Orlando Edgewater standout?

"This visit went much better than the one for the Miami game," the four-star prospect said. "The first one wasn't good because it rained the entire time. The crowd was kind of down and Florida State loss. This time around the coaches were very hospitable, the fans were really into it and it was a very good game. I enjoyed everything about the visit. On a scale one to ten, I would rate the trip an eight."

Ingram, who has incredible size (6-foot-4 and 195 pounds) and speed (4.56), is down to Miami, Florida State, Florida and Southern Cal. Where do the Noles stack up all the teams he's considering.

"They are all even right now," Ingram said. "Florida State and USC's depth charts are looking good right now though. This visit to Florida State did help them out. It will probably come down to how my family feels about the program, the coaches, players and the rotations."

Ingram and Aaron Jones, Jr. are very good friends and teammates. The Edgewater duo would like attend the same college.

"Aaron is my homeboy and we chill together every weekend," he said. "He loves Florida State."

Ingram told TheTerritory that his three favorite coaches recruiting him are Tifton (USC), Haggins (FSU) and Solinger (Miami).

Ingram will take his official visit to USC next weekend. He has also scheduled official visits to Florida, Miami and Florida State (1/9).
