"Me and Aaron both enjoyed that," he said. "It's amazing how hard they get after it and how intense everyone is. At Edgewater, we're used to that because we're used to winning. That's how they do it at Miami, too. They win so much, they must keep practicing hard and really getting after it."
The standout defender, who doubles as a wide receiver, will leave for a basketball tournament in South Carolina on Christmas day and will follow that up with a trip to California for the all-star game.
"When I get back, me and Aaron are going to Florida State on January 9th," he said. "It's gonna be Miami or Florida State. I do know that this visit to Miami really helped them a lot. They really made a strong impression on us. I just gotta see what Florida State's talkin' about and then I'll know what I'm gonna do."
