DT Is Getting Ready For The Rush

Aaron Jones, Jr., The Insiders.com No. 6 ranked defensive tackle in the country, has had a busy couple of weeks with the state championship and an official visit to Coral Gables on (12/19). Up next for the 6-foot-3 and 272 pound tackle in January is the Army All-Star game and official visits to Florida State, Georgia and North Carolina State.

"My visit to Miami was real nice," Jones said. "It's going to be a hard decision but I'll probably know after my Florida State visit. Miami sends a lot of their players to the NFL and I'm going to see how the Florida State visit goes."

In addition to a trip to Tallahassee on (1/9), the Edgewater standout will trip to Georgia (1/16), and North Carolina State (1/23) before making his final decision.

"I'm most likely going to stay in-state," he said.

In a couple of days Jones will fly to San Antonio (TX) and participate in the Army All-American All-Star game. He's looking forward to getting to know some of the nation's top prospects better.

"I'm flying out with Keith Rivers and Tony Carter," Jones said. "I'm looking forward to playing and hanging out with Xavier Lee, Willie Williams, Tony Carter and Fred Davis."

Despite being double and tripled teamed, Jones was still able to record 70 tackles and five sacks.
