Noles or Sooners?

Today at 11:00 AM CT four-star cornerback Marcus Walker will make his college choice at his high school in Waco (TX). Will the insiders.com No.3 rated cornerback pick his childhood favorite Florida State or Big 12 powerhouse Oklahoma. The answer is only a click away.

"I'm going to Oklahoma," the 5-foot-11 and 185 pound standout said. "The main reason is that my family gets to see me play and it's close to home."

Walker told The Terriotory.org that Oklahoma is a very good program and he'll get the chance to compete for National Championships every year.

How close of a race was it between the Sooners and Seminoles?

"I didn't make my decision until 1:00 AM in the morning," he said. "I didn't know what I was going to do. I love Coach Steele and I can't tell you how much I love him. I wanted to go there and he knows how much I wanted to go. If I went to Florida State I could only come home twice a year. I'm real close with my grandmother."

What are the Sooners getting in Walker?

"They are getting a true cover-corner, he said. "I'm also a very mature person."
