Five-Star RB Takes in FSU Win

Last night the Seminoles hosted several top recruits, including's No.3 rated running back in the country. What where the thoughts on his unofficial visit?

It was very exciting game especially with Florida State coming in as an underdog," five-star running back Antone Smith said. "The crowd was the biggest thing that stood out to me. The wild crowd. I would rate my trip a nine."

Smith grew up a Miami Hurricane fan and has had them leading for his services. Did this unofficial visit change anything?

"All the teams I'm considering are about equal," the Pahokee standout said. "Miami has the slight edge because I've been a fan of them but it's not much of a lead. Traveling the distance I did to see a game in Tallahassee was a plus for Florida State. I plan on coming back up for the Florida game also."

So what is it going to come down to in terms of signing with a school?

"It's going to come down to selecting the best school for me and not necessary the best record," he said.

In five games played, Smith has rushed for 1,263 yards.
