FSU Visit Impresses Georgia DL
"Florida State came through when people were saying that Virginia was going to take the ACC," defensive lineman Mam Nyang of Marietta (GA) Wheeler said. "It looked like Florida State took it as disrespect."
The week before Nyang made an unofficial visit to his other favorite in Georgia. How do the two trips differ?
"Facility-wise Florida State's is much better," he said. "I would rate my trip a 9. Florida State is my top team right now," he said.
Nyang got to meet several coaches and players. The highlight of the trip was meeting the coaches.
"I got to meet Coach Andrews, Haggins and Allen," he said. "They told me to give them senior film and get my test score and then it will be a done deal for an offer. I also got to meet the entire defensive line along with B.J. Dean and A.J. Nicholson."
Up next for the four-star defensive standout will be an unofficial visit to Tennessee.
Last Thursday night, he led his team with two tackles for a loss.
