Defensive end Eric Moore will be available for play, while defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley will continue to rest his injured ankle the Seminoles square off against the Demon Deacons in Winston-Salem, N.C., on Saturday.
Moore, who's been sidelined with an ankle sprain, will return to a more involved role after playing three downs against Virginia.
"It swelled up, but it's OK," Moore said.
"I iced it and I was out here still practicing. Today was my first day practice, everything else was just mental."
Bunkley said he will only be used as a back-up and in situations where it's necessary since he's still experiencing pain from an ankle sprain aggravated in the second defensive play of the game last weekend.
"I tried to take a week off and let this sprain heal up, so I should be back for Maryland. But I will go out there just in case they need me in," Bunkley said.
Cornerback Antonio Cromartie says the Seminoles must be disciplined against Wake Forest's unorthodox blocking and misdirection on offense.
"Their offense looks real good," he said.
"You can't take anything away from them. They run a lot of misdirections and a lot of stuff you have to keep your eye on. We just have to play disciplined and just play smart out there."
