Jax DB Sets Three Official Dates

Scout.com's No. 6 ranked cornerback in the country has three official visit dates set, including one trip to Tallahassee. He is still deciding if he'll visit Seminoles in-state rival Florida.

"I have visits set for LSU on (12/3), Tennessee (12/10) and Florida State (1/21)," Bryan Evans of Jacksonville (Fla.) Ed White said. "I will also visit Georgia and possibly Florida. I have to see what happens with the Florida coaching situation."

Evans has one in-home visit on Monday with Georgia and possibly Florida on Tuesday.

"Coach Fedora called and he wanted to set up an in-home visit on Tuesday," he said. "We're trying to work that out."

What's the situation with Florida's offensive coordinator Larry Fedora?

"He still recruiting me but he's not sure what his coaching future will be yet," he said. "Ive heard that its possible Butch Davis might be the next head coach but I don't know for sure."

What factors will be important in the four-star standout's decision?

"It will come down to where I feel the most comfortable at and what the depth chart looks like at my position," Evans said.

As a senior Evans recorded five interceptions.

He has been selected to represent the East squad in the Army All-American All-Star game on January 15th.
