Noles Will Visit NC TE Today

One of Florida State's biggest recruiting needs is at the tight end position and the Seminole staff is making a push for Scout.com's No. 5 rated player at that position in the country. Where do the Noles stand?

"Florida State was my favorite team growing up," 6-foot-5 and 255 pound tight end Jonathan Hannah from Hope Mills (NC) South View said. "Coach Lilly is coming over to the school to visit on Tuesday and we're going to talk about setting up an official visit."

Other schools that the four-star standout is considering are Georgia, North Carolina, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Hannah's father played his college ball for North Carolina State. Does that give the Wolfpack an advantage?

"Not at all," he said. "I'm very open right now."

The North Carolina standout knows what he is looking for in a school.

"I'm looking for comfort level with the players and coaches," he said. "Location is important also. I would like to play close to home but I will go a little farther from home if that's best for me."

Hannah would like to come to decision by late December or early January.

This weekend, the four-star tight end will play in the fourth round of the playoffs.

On the season, he has caught 20 passes for 400 yards and three touchdowns.
