Edgewater OL Returns from Tally

Recently, Orlando Edgewater high school has been very good to Florida State. Last year two players from that school (Aaron Jones and Kenny Ingram) signed with the Noles. This year two offensive lineman from that same school took an official visit to Tallahassee over the weekend."

"The visit went real good," offensive tackle Quinton Brown said. "I learned a lot about the school and got to meet a lot of players like Kenny O'Neal and Andre Fluellen. My host was Aaron Jones."

Where do the Noles stand with him?

"Florida State is ahead but it's only because it's my first visit," he said. "I have visits set up to North Carolina State on (1/14), Florida (1/21) and South Carolina (1/28). I would rate my trip to Florida State as a seven just because they did a little too much talking on the tour. They overdid it little too much for me."

What was the highlight of his trip?

"It was meeting Bobby Bowden," he said.

Currently, the Noles are without an offensive line coach. Did he learn anything on that front?

"They said they were talking to someone today about that position," he said. "They said that they were going to get a good one and real soon. One of the players thought it was going to be a coach from the Tennessee Titans but I don't really know."
