Where do Noles Stand with Four-Star LB?

One of the top players on the Seminole board is a linebacker that hails from Pensacola (Fla.) Washington. This weekend he took an unofficial visit to LSU. Where do the Noles stand with him?

"I went to LSU for an unofficial visit with one of my teammates," linebacker Jon Demps said. "They made some progress."

Last week, the 6-foot-4 and 228 pound four-star linebacker told The Territory that the Seminoles and Auburn Tigers were the two teams to standout out the most. Has that changed?

"I would say LSU and Florida State are the team teams that stand out the most now," he said. "Next week I got Florida."

The Gators are a team to watch in the Demps sweepstakes because of their depth chart.

"At Florida, I probably could come in and play right away," he said. "At Florida State, I probably would have to sit out a year. I need to think about things because playing right away is tempting."

Demps finished his senior season with 160 tackles, six sacks, and five forced fumbles.
