Edgewater OL still in a Holding Patern?

One of the top offensive line prospects in the country is from Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater. The 6-foot-5 and 345 pound standout has been very high on the Seminoles but he's been in a holding pattern because of a lack of an offensive line coach. What's the latest?

"I talked with Coach Sexton last night and he said the new offensive line coach will be (Mark) McHale from Marshall," Offensive tacke Matt Hardrick said. "I was told he's coming in after signing day. I also hear he's excellent at teaching zone blocking."

Yesterday, he was torn between the Gator and Noles. Has this news change anything?

"I'm still 50/50," he said. "Not being able to meet my position coach will hurt Florida State a little bit. I'm still going to keeping my eyes open and trying to stay positive. Coach Sexton will visit me tomorrow."

What about his teammate Quinton Brown? Where does he stand?

"I don't know what he thinks about news," Hardrick said. I know he has Florida State in his top two."

Hardrick talks about what it was like blocking former defensive teammate Aaron Jones.

"It was like two semi-trucks running into each other," he said.
