"I loved everything about it," Justin Mincey said. "My host was Everette Brown and I also hung out with a bunch of players like Neefy Moffett and Andre Fluellen. Watching practice was neat. The defensive line looks real strong."
According to Mincey, the Seminoles hope that the former Charlton County standout can make immediate contributions next season.
"Coach Allen wants me to come right in and compete for a starting job," he said. "That's exactly what I want to due is start."
If Mincey completes all of his class work, he'll graduate Hargrave around May 14th.
"Right now I have an A- in Algebra 11 and a B in Geometry," he said. "As long as I have a D or above, I'll be good to go for Florida State. Matt Hardrick is in the same boat."
Mincey has high praise for both Callahan Bright and Matt Hardrick who both hope to join their teammate this summer in Tallahassee.
"I don't think I have seen a better defensive tackle in Callahan," he said. "Matt is real strong. He's like a mountain."
