Bama Commit Will Visit FSU

This upcoming weekend, Florida State will get a visit from an Alabama commitment. Where do the Noles stand with the 6-foot-2 and 215 pound standout from Orlando Dr. Phillips?

"I am still committed to Alabama, but I need to take this visit this weekend to make sure I am making the right decision," said Recardo Wright.

"I informed the Alabama coaches a few weeks ago that I would visit Florida State," he continued. "They told me that I should take my time and make sure I make the right decision. They did not have a problem with me taking the visit."

The Crimson Tide is in good shape to garner Wright's signature on national signing day as he stated, "It's almost a 100% chance I will sign with Alabama. They have been great to me. They have been there the whole time. When I went on my official visit I feel in love with the place. Alabama has everything I want in a school. Football was an added bonus."

When asked if an immediate decision will follow his official visit to Florida State Wright replied, "I don't know what I will do. I will probably decide within the next week. I am pretty sure I will stick with Alabama."

Location is sometimes a factor for recruits. Tallahassee is obviously a lot closer to Orlando than Tuscaloosa, but Wright does not believe it will play into his decision.

"I would be closer to all my family and friends if I went to Florida State," he said. "Everyone knows that I have to make the right decision for myself. I don't think it will have any impact on my decision at all."
