Top Southeast OL to camp with FSU

Jeffersonville (GA) Twiggs County offensive lineman Chris Little is the top-rated prospect at his position in the Southeast. Several southern teams, including Florida State and Georgia are fighting for his services. What's the latest with the 6-foot-6 and 325 pound standout?

"I'm just kind of hanging out right now," Chris Little said. "I was supposed to camp at Florida but I didn't make it. Next week I'll probably camp at Clemson and Tennessee. In early July, I will camp at Florida State."

Where do the Noles and the Dawgs stand with him?

"I grew up a fan of Georgia," he said. "My parents are Georgia fans. It's a home-state thing. As I grew older I started to become a fan of Florida State. It kind of stuck on me."

Will his parents influence his decision where to spend the next four or five year's of his life?

"Not really," he said. "They did tell me that they would like to be able to see my games. Athens is an hour and forty minutes away while Tallahassee is around three and half hours away."

Little has befriended Georgia commitment Trinton Sturdivant and Seminole commitment Antwane Greenlee.

"I haven't talked with Trinton in a while but I speak with Antwane about every other week. I think he'll probably stick with Florida State but at the same time he's still open."

The Georgia standout hopes to graduate early and he has a plan on how he'll handle the rest of his recruitment.

"I plan on making a commitment in mid-September but it'll be a soft commitment because I plan to take all five of my official visits in the fall," he said.
