Top OL Looking at Noles

The Seminoles are in hot pursuit of one of the top offensive line prospects in the Southeast. The 6-foot-6 and 310 pound standout from Gainesville (GA) will unofficially visit the Noles in July. He has already visited Ohio State and Auburn.

"Ohio State's facilities are going to be upgraded and they look like they will be awesome," Nick Claytor said. "I'm kind of still an Ohio boy. All I heard for the two weeks I was up there was to commit but I'm not ready to commit to anyone yet."

This past weekend, he attended the Auburn football camp with Gainesville teammate C.J. Wood.

"C.J. got offered at the Auburn camp and we wouldn't mind playing together in college," he said. "I liked Auburn because of the atmosphere and I would be in the two deep on the depth chart. It's a laid back, mellow town and I like that."

In early July, Claytor will get a chance to see the Garnet & Gold for the first time.

"I'm excited to go down there and get a chance to meet their offensive line coach," he said. "Coach Allen is recruiting me and he's real cool. We talk on the phone about once a week. Florida State had a great recruiting class last year and they played in a BCS Bowl."

Claytor remains open to six teams on his list which includes, Georgia Tech, Auburn, Florida State, Ohio State, LSU and Notre Dame.
