As is evident from the stats, Lee got the majority of the reps Saturday and did a good job. Coach Bobby Bowden was very complimentary of Lee and said that you can really some his progress. McDaniel continues to impress at receiver. His touchdown reception was a nice one as he jumped over Bryant to grab it at its highest point. Smith and Booker didn't get many reps but when they did they made the most of it. It seems that whenever Smith gets the ball something very good happens.

The team finished the day with the first and second teams working through conditioning drills while the third and fourth teams ran some plays.

Former Seminole Kyler Hall was in attendance.

In injury news, Tony Carter was back in action after battling with a sore groin and knee the last few days. True freshman offensive lineman Matt Hardrick was carted off the field early in the scrimmage. The severity or type of injury is not yet known. The team worked for six periods on the practice fields prior to the scrimmage and true freshman rover Mister Alexander was injured. Coach Bowden didn't know the specifics but said it looked like a reoccurrence of an old injury.

The team is off Sunday and will be back in action Monday morning.
