Three-star offensive lineman Rishaw Johnson may have given his verbal pledge to the University of Mississippi in mid-June but that doesn't mean the recruitment of the 6-foot-4 and 320-pounder is over.
"I am commited to (Ole Miss) but I am still open," Johnson told RenegadeReport.com Tuesday. "I want to set up visits to my three favorites and then I will really know. As of right now, I am going to Ole Miss."
One thing working in favor of the Tribe is offensive line coach Mark McHale, who worked with Johnson at the FSU camp this summer.
"Coach McHale is a cool dude," Johnson said. I really like him. He's a good guy. I liked everything about him and about Florida State. They have good tradition."
Johnson said his three official visits will be to Ole Miss, FSU and LSU.
Recruiting: Johnson still committed, but open
