What a difference a little offseason overhaul can do.
Just five months removed from the worst season in the program's past 30 years, Florida State continues to get more good news and the renewed hope of the Seminooe fanbase continues to grow.
Much like the 2008 recruiting class.
For the seventh time since the April 14 spring game, FSU has picked up a commitment from a talented prospect. Moses McCray is the latest to do so as the 6-foot-4 and 270-pound defensive end committed to the 'Noles Wednesday night.
"I called and told Coach (Odell) Haggins that I wanted to commit tonight," McCray told NoleDigest.com. "He told me only to do so if I was really sure. He told me to double check and I did. He was happy."
McCray's commitment comes on the heels of his trip to the Nike camp in Tallahassee. He was officially offered by the Seminoles during that time.
"They showed me a lot off attention," McCray said about the Seminole coaches. "I liked that. The campus is nice and it's a traditional school."
McCray chose FSU over offers from such schools as Florida, Pittsburgh, Rutgers and South Florida.
