Q: With the recent commit of E.J. Manuel, how much of impact will that have on you deciding to play football at Florida State?

A: It is great that E.J. committed to FSU, but at the end of the day the decision I make will be my family's and mine. I do realize now why he committed to Florida State, they are a great school and have a lot to offer.

Q: How much of an impact will Jimbo Fisher have on your decision?

A: Knowing that he just put Craig Davis and Dwayne Bowe in the NFL makes it much easier to make a decision. Even though those two played at LSU, Jimbo is installing the same offense at Florida State. Those two being selected in the first round defiantly does not hurt Florida States chances.

Q: Did you follow Florida State when you were growing up and if so are there any players from there you pattern your game after.

A: I did follow Florida State. I remember guys like Chris Weinke, Snoop Minnis, who was one of my favorite Seminoles, and Anquan Bolden. If there was one player I patterned my game after it would be Cro Thorpe. I wear the same number in high school because of him. Just like Thorpe, I also have pretty good speed. I have consistently run in the 4.43 range.

Q: Kyle Long is also from Virginia, are you two are pretty good friends?

A: Yeah, Kyle's team played mine last year in the state championship and they won. He called me last night and told me to commit to Florida State.

Q: Do you feel he will eventually play football at Florida State.

A: I asked him that question when he committed to Florida State. I do know he will play football this year in High School. Right now he is just committed to playing baseball in college. He does want me to come to Florida State.

Q: Did you have a host and if so whom?

A: Yes, Myron Rolle. I have to say I came away very impressed with him. He wants to be a brain surgeon. I can't remember speaking to someone before and saying they wanted to do be in that field. You can tell that Myron is a very special person.

Q: You have taken a ton of visits are you done or will you take some more.

A: I am on my way to LSU right now and will try and make it to South Carolina, Nebraska and USC. If I can't make it to the last two, I may take official visits there in the fall.

Q: You took visits to Florida State and Florida. Did either visit standout and what were your impressions of both schools?

A: I went to Florida first and have to say it was very impressive. From their academics to their overall program, they did a great job of selling their program. As for Florida State, I enjoyed yesterday, but it was not until today that they did their best job of selling the program. They brought out their entire staff to meet with me. I met Mickey Andrews, John Lilly, Rick Trickett and Jimbo Fisher. I really enjoyed being around all of them.

Q: Now that you have taken some visits is there a timetable for you to make a decision.

A: I wanted to make a decision before the season started. If I get all the visits in by then I will make a decision. If not I will take a couple of official visits early in the fall and make a decision afterwards.
