Clemson Running Back C.J. Spiller:
"I always look forward to playing Florida State. This year I'm really looking forward to going up against Dekoda Watson this year. He's very athletic and he'll be coming for me. It'll be a tremendous competition between us this year."
UNC Quarterback T.J. Yates:
"It's going to be an exciting game. It's our first every Thursday night game in Chapel Hill." I've never played Florida State before and it's going to be an exciting challenge. I've been watching them a lot on film and they bring it. Whatever they do, they are always fast a physical in everything. They come out and hit you in the mouth so it's definitely going to be a crazy atmosphere. I'm just really looking forward to playing that game."
"Dekoda is just an extremely good player. He's fast and physical. Also, their overall team speed is amazing. They always fly to the ball and are everywhere. It's going to be a great challenge that we've already started to prepare for this offseason."
UNC Defensive End E.J. Wilson:
"That is a game where there could be some big ACC Championship implications. They are a team that could end up playing for a title and we are also. That's going to give us some good experience playing against a high caliber team. It's also going to be on a Thursday night, primetime so you know the juices are going to be flowing and everyone is going to be excited."
"I'm very excited about the opportunity to play against such a good offensive line. It's going to be a battle and whoever comes more prepared is going to outdo the other in that one."
Maryland Quarterback Chris Turner:
"I'm expecting a battle. I remember two years ago when we went down there we had a pretty good game but I made some mistakes that ended up costing us the game. I don't want to make excuses or anything but I was young then and I don't expect to make those mistakes again. With the crowd and the overall environment they have there, you make those mistakes, you lose."
"We know that every year, Florida State is loaded. Last year, was I surprised with the score? Yes. But we know we can be more competitive than that and I expect this game to be more competitive, but it's Florida State so you know it's going to be tough."
Georgia Tech Defensive End Derrick Morgan:
"I'm just excited to play in that stadium. Florida State is going to be a tough opponent. We have to make sure we go out there and everyone is on the same page so we can try to take care of business."
"Playing against this offensive line is a great chance for us to earn some respect and prove ourselves."
Georgia Tech Running Back Jonathan Dwyer:
"Should be a fun game. I'm looking forward to that. I've never played at Doak before. I've been there as a recruit but never as a player so I'm really looking forward to it."
Miami Offensive Tackle Jason Fox:
"That's a big rivalry right there. My first ever game was against Florida State and I didn't know what to expect. That game is so much faster than any other college football game. The collisions are harder and everyone is just going at it more than in any other college football game. A lot of media and fans have been downplaying that game for the last few years, but it's still Florida State and Miami and it's still primetime college football."
Boston College Center Matt Tennant:
"It's going to be a tough game. Both teams know that. We know that we have to come up there and work that much harder. I always remember my freshman year when they came up there and beat us and that is something that sticks in the back of my mind."
