Corey Lemonier has been one of the most heavily recruited targets in Florida for the 2010 recruiting class. With the 2010 cycle coming to a close in a week Corey has trimmed his list to a final 2 schools.
"I have it down to Florida State and Auburn," said Lemonier. "These are the schools I am looking at the hardest and they have the coaching and family atmosphere I am looking for."
Corey told NoleDigest what he liked about both programs.
"With FSU I like how there is the chance to come in and play early," explained the Hialeah standout. "I just clicked with Coach Eliot and Coach Gran there. Coach Eliot has told me a lot of moves that can make me a better player. With Auburn I like Coach Taylor and Coach Rocker. They talk about family a lot there."
Lemonier has bee tight lipped over the final month of the recruiting process but he did say there has not been a decision made at this time.
"I haven't made any decision yet on where I am going to go," said the defensive end. "It is going to come down to how good the relationship I have with the coaches is and how I fit into the program."
Look for Corey to make his decision known publically at a ceremony at his high school on February 3rd.
