Hart Says Trickett Sticks Out

St. Thomas Aquinas standout offensive lineman Bobby Hart has had his eye on Florida State since his recruitment got underway. Last weekend Hart attended the annual Garnet and Gold game, coming away amazed with the visit. NoleDigest caught up with Bobby to talk about the visit and to see where he's at right now with his recruitment.

Florida State has been one of Bobby Hart's main suitors since his recruitment started. The St. Thomas Aquinas star is arguably the top offensive linemen in Florida for 2011, which is a year when the state is loaded with a strong group of linemen for this recruiting cycle.

Last weekend Hart was in Tallahassee to check out FSU's spring game. While he has been to FSU previously for a Junior Day event, Bobby told NoleDigest that this visit was great. Did it help the Seminoles?

"I had a great visit up there for the game," Hart said of his visit. "I've been up here before but Coach Trickett is my man. I really like him. I got to sit with him for a meeting and I got to watch him coach during the game. The visit this past weekend really helped out FSU."

Other than getting a chance to spend one-on-one time with Trickett Hart says the highlight of the visit was watching Rodney Hudson.

"Rodney Hudson," said Hart when asked what else he liked about his visit to FSU. "He is a great player and I really liked watching him play I got a chance afterwards to ask him some questions about FSU."

Hart denies coming close to making a commitment, but he does admit that FSU is high up on his list.

"No, I didn't really think about committing," said Hart. "I don't like them that much, yet. What I do like is Coach Trickett. He is the best. The offense is great, too. I'm comfortable there. I'm still pretty open to everyone and I don't have a list but I am really interested in FSU. I want to take more recruiting visits and go from there."
